This has been really difficult, seeing as how I love as good as every Pokémon in some way... BUT! There can only be one top favorite, so here goes!
Honorable mentions:
I really like these ones for different reasons, but for this list, they did not quite make the cut... There are many others I love as well, it's been really hard, like, REALLY HARD! D8 PLUS! I want to love Lycanroc, but Sun & Moon isn't released yet so I can't put it here.
(I'll pick Sun, if you're going to buy it, which one will you pick?? 'v' )

Smeargle: It's a painter-beagle, need I say more?

Umbreon: A flawless tank and excellent dark-type Pokémon with a beautiful design. Plus, in my SoulSilver nuzlocke, it's saved my team countless of times.

Arcanine: I have very fond memories of this Pokémon from my early-Pokémon-playing-years when I played FireRed. Seeing as I've always loved dogs, this huge, fluffy, fire-dog just HAD to get a spot on this list!

Lucario: This Pokémon's design is just really neat plus it's a really fast and strong sweeper if used correctly. And the fact that it's inspired by the egyptian god of death, Anubis, makes it even better!

Lapras: The savior of my recent FireRed nuzlocke. My Lapras (named Demido) single-handedly swept the (almost) entire Elite Four! Also, I've always found this Pokémon to be really beautiful and nicely designed! And if the Loch Ness monster exists, it better be looking like this!

Skuntank: It's just something really appealing with this design... I don't know exactly, but the rough and raw feel of this Pokémon just really appeals to me. The color-scheme and, especially, the design is great. It reminds me of a big rogue cat and that's just great.

Hydreigon: Where do I even start on this one? A black/blue/purple dragon with three heads and "torn" wings... Plus it's typing is really interesting. Seeing as Dragon and Dark are among my absolute favorite types, this is just the lovechild of that fact. The intimidating yet interesting and beautiful design plus it's usage takes it far. (TRIVIA! This was the very first Pokémon I trained up to level 100! That's how much I loved/love it! 'v')

Sylveon: My favorite eeveelution and third favorite Pokémon to date. This is the shiny sweeper/tank of my team. When I first played X & Y, I decided to train a Fairy-type Pokémon since it was the new type for the generation and the one who caught my eye was Sylveon. The design is both cute and beautiful, in fact it's innocent-looking appearence combined with it's brutal strength is something I really appreciate since it kind of goes agains the norm of "cute and girly things can't be strong". (TRIVIA! I finished reading Fullmetal Alchemist the day I caught the shiny Eevee who became Sylveon, so it's called "Elric" because of that!)

Ninetales: There's a reason I spent years searching for it's shiny form (with the ability Drought, seriously I have 6 ones with Flash Fire, don't attempt this). It's absolutely beautiful and it's shiny form just adds to the pros. It also reminds me of my favorite boss in Okami, Ninetails! IU also remember the first time I caught one. Seeing as I grew up with FireRed, I never got the chance to catch it, since it's version-exclusive Pokémon there. Although, when I got my Sapphire I was finally able to get it. Ninetales just makes me think of so many happy and fond memories, so of course it gets far on this list! (PlustheAlolaformissoprettyaaaaaaaaa) It was actuall really hard to pick between Sylveon and Ninetales for the second place, but seeing as Ninetales has been "with me" the longest, I felt like it should get the spotlight it deserves.

Zoroark: And here we have it. My current (and extremely hard to beat favorite-wise) favorite Pokémon is undoubtedly Zoroark. When I first saw it, I audibly gasped of sheer amazement of how pretty this Pokémon was (and still is for that matter). Of course it's partly because it looks like a werewolf (although it's described as a "illusion fox pokémon" but pfff) and looks overall just so sleek and awesome. The dull gray compined with the popping red hair and claws looks so cool. Plus, the addition of the blue eyes and orb really balances the design. It's detailed, but just enough to make it original and not overdone. I watched the movie, I bought a special card-box just to ensure that I got a trading card with it on and even traded a Giratina back when Black & White was the newest game to get a Zorua... (I have Platinum so I can get how many Giratinas I want but still you have to replay the whole game to get it so I only have 2-3). The design has inspired me when designing characters outside of ONWARD for many years and probably will continue to do so in the future. PLUS! It's ability is a lot of fun to play around with in battle. Basically just make it learn U-turn and go wild.
But yeah, Zoroark came out when I just started getting into drawing wolves and werewolves more seriously, so it was the right moment for the right thing pretty much.
